Being pre-menopausal

Holland and Barrett were very helpful – too much so I think as I spent a small fortune on supplements and vitamins and the like! According to the (very well-trained) sales assistant I need a multi-vitamin daily to compensate for the fact that I eat very little red meat. Evening Primrose for “my age” and water tablets to help “bring balance” and “reduce bloating”.

The next thing will be something for my memory as I keep forgetting to take them! I will try to be more vigilant and when (if?) I notice any great changes in any one of the following I will let you know!

a) My libido

b) My skin and hair

c) My mood swings

d) My bloatedness

e) My weight
